Welcome to a safe and healing space. I am passionate about working with individuals seeking to process and heal from trauma whether is from, generational trauma, childhood abuse, abusive relationships, traumatic grief or even difficulty coping with other traumatic life events. I am also passionate about working individuals of all walks of life that are struggling with their eating disorder. While also helping couples develop healthy boundaries and communicate effective together.

I’m passionate about fostering personal growth and resilience. Whether you’re dealing with stress, navigating life transitions, or seeking to better understand yourself, I’m here to guide you through the process. I want to help you build resilience and compassion for yourself by helping you manage behaviors that no longer serve you, foster healthy relationship with your support system, and guide you on ways to regulate your emotions. In our sessions, you can expect a warm, empathetic, and respectful environment. We’ll work together to develop a plan that aligns with your goals and needs, and I’ll be here to offer support, encouragement, and guidance as you work toward growth and positive change.

I utilize a combination of therapeutic approaches and will collaborate on the best approach based on your needs. I am currently training in EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) will utilize this approach with you. I also use a systemic approach to understand how individual’s personal relationships, behavior patterns and life choices are interconnected. I have a direct and compassionate approach to therapy and am excited to work with clients who eager to exploring and understanding themselves. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to support you in discovering and harnessing your own strengths. I support individuals of all backgrounds, religions, cultures, sexual orientations, and gender expressions and aim to be a safe space for clients to be their authentic self.

Outside of my therapy bubble, I spend my time with my fiancé and dog. I also like to tap into my artist side by sketching, crocheting, and singing. I love playing Sims in my free time as well. I also enjoy spending time with my friends and family and going on mini adventures or trying out a new hobby! My professional training and experience have been in nonprofit settings/hospital/PHP facility, focusing on child abuse victims and their families and adults with current or past trauma and clients with eating disorders needing a higher level of care. I earned my Master’s in Counseling from Southern Methodist University and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, supervised by Shannon Kouser LPC-S, in the State of Texas.
