What We Do

Counseling is not one size fits all. We serve clients with individualized care to best support their goals. Each of our providers is highly trained in their specialty and targeted interventions.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy sessions offer an opportunity to process feelings, develop insight, and utilize positive coping strategies. All individuals can benefit from a safe and private space to work through their counseling goals.

Psychotherapeutic Yoga

Psychotherapeutic Yoga (PY) utilizes the breathwork and poses of traditional yoga to decrease distress from anxiety, depression, and related symptoms. All ages, genders, and bodies can benefit from PY, increasing the mind-body connection and developing self-compassion. PY is conducted in individual sessions through meditation, breath, and gentle movement practices designed intentionally for the individual's needs. EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a research-based approach to decreasing distress from negative emotions, views of self, and/or traumatic events. EMDR is a structured therapy that has shown evidence to support its use in the treatment of anxiety, depression, chronic pain, OCD, grief/loss, and other life experiences. Supervision

LPC Supervision is an opportunity to grow in your practice post graduation. Supervision involves gaining experience through direct client hours, engagement in self exploration, and continuing education opportunities.
